- We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
Cancellations
- We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.
- Cancellations of Cash on Delivery orders has to be done strictly within 24hrs of an order being placed. Please reach out to us at basket19.2024@gmail.com
- Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
- The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by basket19 and accept The basket19’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Refund
- We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the good quality standards.
- As a policy, we do not offer refunds on products. If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece. We don’t have reverse pick up facility.
- NOTE : Make Unboxing video when you open the parcel, Without video No Claim for manufacturing defect would be accepted video from start without any cut & pause
- Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material, color, size of the item, we suggest that the customer should read the product description and size & have a look at the pictures and as the fabric type before ordering. You can also call us to know details about the product if needed. Return not accepted if the product is washed
- All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
- All Items of sale section are non refundable and non exchangeable, please be sure of size before placing your order.
- All the purchases will be non-refundable.
- EXCHANGE WITH A DIFFERENT SIZE OR GARMENT ONCE PER ORDER.
EXCHANGE
- size exchange is available (If the garment size doesn’t fit you at all , you can send it for exchange and request for a different size. The courier charges will be borne by the customer for the same)
- Customers have to bear the shipping cost of sending the product back to us for the exchange. The new exchanged product will then be sent to you at 150/- rupees extra shipping cost.
- Exchanges are accepted only if there is some manufacturing defect, then the garment should be sent back to us.
- The item should be dispatched back to us within 7 days after delivery and only after receiving the garment you will receive an email with the voucher code which you can redeem while placing the new order.
- Please write a note with your order no and size required for the dress.
- If a product is wrongly delivered to you, or there is some manufacturing defect from our end please send it back to us as we don't have reverse pick up facility, we will refund your courier charges.( We will issue refund of Rs.200/- maximum for courier charges, we advise our clients to go with a feasible courier company)
- 10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India.
- Please do put in the note and the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for exchange.
- The garment should be unused, unwashed and should not have any stains on it.
- Also the garment should be properly fold and packed. Else we will not be able to do the exchange for that product.
- Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
- All the sale & discounted purchase is non exchangeable.
- Exchanges can be processed only once per order. (With given criteria)
- (Exchanges should be done within a week of delivery)
